Disease activity assessment helps to guide clinical decision on IBD management. Hence, our Society develops the IBD-HK app with a user-friendly and simple digital platform to enable objective patient self-assessment and to guide the clinicians in deciding the optimal treatment for their patients. It also has the reminder function to prompt the patient on important events such as clinical appointment and hospital admission for medication. This app has IOS and Android versions in both Chinese and English language.
